Laychi Low
Eloquence Academy Principal & Senior Coach 

Laychi is a charismatic character who founded Eloquence Academy in 2010.
She is a UK (BSc) Honours graduate and a Diploma holder in Speech & Drama from Trinity College of London, UK.  She has been a freelance trainer since 2001, starting her career writing Practical Sales & Marketing (PSM) course modules for UMCCed (The University of Malaya Centre For Continuing Education) for adult students. She then became a regular coach for Crystal Toastmaster’s Youth Leadership Program and focused her talents on developing communication skills and confidence in Eloquence Academy students.
Her forte is to motivate and encourage individuals to arrive at a greater level of self confidence. She aims help students respond confidently to life challenges in both their professional and personal lives.

Royce Tan
Eloquence Academy Partner & Senior Coach

Royce has hands on experience as the Student Counselor Officer and Orientations Master with RMIT Australia upon graduation in 2009 with an Honours degree. He is an experienced presenter for corporate events and is a natural in drama arts.
Using his own experience of transitioning from a shy child to a confident speaker, he aims to encourage youths to get out of their comfort zones and find true motivation to transform themselves into real winners.

Rose Sharon
Eloquence Academy Coach 

Rose is one of our public speaking & communications coaches. She is a Communications & Culture UK Honours Graduate and a Creative Thinking Ambassador for the Institute of Design at Stanford. She has done drama plays, performance arts, creative writing, emceeing, speech contests and was 1st place in Toastmaster KL Table Topics competition 2013. As a young adult herself, she connects well with Gen Y and seeks to offer them the guidance and professional advice she has gained from experience.

  1. hi. My son is 14 and has mild autism. His name is Danial. Danial is speech delayed and very shy to speak up. Do you think your academy can help my son?

    • Dear Puan Rohani,

      We normally recommend children with learning disabilities to seek speech therapist / austism specialists

      Eloquence academy can only provide a platform for him to practice speech and drama but will not be able to address his delayed speech
